Direct Mail: Reaching People at Home

Arrowleaf uses Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) to send flyers right to people’s homes. This helps them:

Coffee and Careers: The Mobile Career Center

This is a big idea that’s changing the way hiring works in rural areas. Coffee and Careers is a traveling job center that:

  • Brings help right to people in their towns.
  • Offers job support like help with resumes or applications.
  • Reaches people who might not come to a regular office.

Hiring Events & Job Fairs

Arrowleaf hosts in-person events to meet job seekers face-to-face. These events:

  • Allow for same-day interviews and job offers.
  • Bring more people into their hiring pool.
